RevOps Titles on the Decline?

Our friend Haris Odobasic surprised many of us yesterday with the news that LinkedIn users with a “RevOps” title declined by about 13% since last fall. What’s up with that?

The decrease was mostly driven by North America Enterprise companies which tells me this is related to budget cuts and layoffs. As a “GA” function, operations teams have been feeling the pressure to right-size. It could be that many of the impacted employees returned to roles with other titles.
